Seoul Access Guide
Bupyeong Station, near Hotel AMY, is a hub where Seoul Metro Line 1 (Gyeongin) and Incheon Line 1 meet. With one or two transfers you can reach key Seoul areas — ideal for combining Seoul sightseeing with a stay in Bupyeong.
Take Line 1 (connected to Incheon Line 1) toward Seoul: about 40–50 minutes to Seoul Station on local trains; express services can be faster. Transfer at Seoul Station to KTX, AREX, or Line 4.
Gangnam, Jamsil, and Hongdae usually require 1–2 transfers — e.g. Line 1 to Sindorim, then Line 2 (~55–70 min). The Suin–Bundang Line does not stop at Bupyeong Station; transfer at nearby stations such as Bupyeong-gu Office or Woninjae if needed.
For Myeongdong, Namdaemun, and Gwanghwamun, get off at Seoul Station, City Hall, or Euljiro 3-ga and walk or take a bus. A T-money card makes travel easier.
From Incheon Airport, take AREX to Gyeyang (or similar) and transfer to Incheon Line 1 for Bupyeong — about one hour total. Airport bus 6001 does not serve Bupyeong.
Gocheok Sky Dome is Korea's first domed ballpark and home of the Kiwoom Heroes. From Bupyeong, take Line 1 toward Seoul for about 25 minutes; Exit 2 at Guil Station is about a 5-minute walk. Ideal for game or concert day trips.
