Prepare before check-in
- Guest name (same as on the booking)
- Booking QR or confirmation number (if name search fails)
- ID: physical Korean ID/driver’s license, mobile (electronic) ID, or passport for international guests
- Check-in available 15:00–16:00
Kiosk steps

Select Check-in
On the lobby kiosk, tap Check-in. Choose your language first if prompted.

Find your booking
Search by guest name, or scan/enter the booking QR or confirmation number.

Confirm your room
Review room, guests, and dates, then continue.

Hold passport / ID up to the camera
The ID camera is at the bottom-right of the kiosk screen. Do not insert the card—hold your physical ID or passport to that bottom-right camera until the text and photo appear on screen.

Using a mobile (electronic) ID
For a mobile resident registration card or mobile driver’s license (PASS / Mobile ID apps, etc.), open the electronic ID QR in the app and hold it to the same bottom-right camera. Max phone brightness and keep the screen steady.

Collect key & receipt
Take the room key when it dispenses, and a receipt if needed. Then go to your floor.
