Self check-in by lobby kiosk — follow these steps
Hotel AMY uses a 24-hour lobby kiosk. ID verification is by holding your ID/passport up to the screen camera — not inserting it into a slot. Keep this page handy; open the full kiosk guide for screen photos.
When you arrive

Reach the lobby
10 Bupyeongmunhwa-ro 72beon-gil. About 7 minutes on foot from Bupyeong Station (≈2 min from underground mall exit 28).

Check in at the kiosk
Look up your booking by guest name, QR, or reservation number, then hold your passport/ID up to the screen camera. Check-in opens at 16:00.

Collect your key
Take your key card and receipt, then use the stairs to your room. (No elevator)

First time using the kiosk?
Tap Check-in → look up booking → confirm room → hold ID/passport up to the camera → get key & receipt.
International guests must have a passport.
After 22:00, Korea’s lodging law requires ID verification. Foreign guests should prepare a passport.

FAQ
Can I check in in English?
Yes — choose language on the kiosk. Share this /checkin page in your booking message so guests are ready before arrival.
Name not found?
Enter the spelling used at booking, or try the QR/booking-number tab. If it still fails, please use the contact form.
Where do I insert my ID?
You don’t insert it. Hold your ID or passport in front of the screen camera until recognition finishes.
Parking?
Mechanical garage across the street — free for SUV and smaller, large vehicles charged. Register via the QR next to the lobby kiosk.
Please read before booking
No elevator (floors 1–4)
Hotel AMY has no elevator. Stairs only. If you have heavy luggage or limited mobility, please request a lower-floor room.
International guests — bring your passport
Foreign guests must bring a passport for check-in. Hold your passport up to the lobby kiosk camera to complete check-in. This is separate from Korea’s late-night ID rule for domestic guests.
